Scope and common rules
This annex applies to the relevant 历史产品 functions together with the Platform Terms, Privacy Policy, Data Use Notice and Billing and Refund Policy. It supplements or overrides general terms only on its stated product matters. Mandatory law and valid individually negotiated agreements take priority. The version expressly provided and validly accepted at purchase or use applies; a web update does not automatically change existing orders.

Status and existing orders
Removal from the main product list does not extinguish existing contracts or requests. PPOS is retired. Financial-tool availability follows actual status and confirmed orders; this notice does not reopen sales. Contact us with the product and account for retirement, migration, remaining access, historical bills and data requests. New terms do not retroactively remove valid rights.

Financial-tool and research boundaries
Volatility, scenario sampling, filing analysis, backtests and simulated allocation involve latency, bias, model error and uncertainty and are not personalised investment advice, securities recommendations or return guarantees. Backtests do not predict results and simulated rebalancing is not authority to trade real assets. Real-asset or licensed activity requires its own qualifications and authority; a disclaimer does not permit prohibited conduct.

Historical community content and data
Historical public content follows its valid rules and law for display, moderation, recommendation and deletion. Retirement does not create new training or resale rights over older content. Financial, security and dispute records retained for duties have restricted purposes. Use privacy and billing channels for access, correction, deletion and historical spending review.

Historical links, retrieval and discontinuation
Historical pages, repositories and installers do not establish new-order availability, live data or maintenance. Contact the main site with product, account, order or approximate time for old transactions, licences, memberships, refunds or retrieval. A disabled entry does not extinguish historical rights. Recovery is not guaranteed for uncontrolled, lawfully deleted or local-only content; explain what can be checked. Historical code, market data and user material retain their original licence, currency and third-party limits. This revision creates neither new investment promises nor free redistribution rights.
