Terms and privacy

These terms govern Laintas accounts, websites, hosted products and APIs. Product terms, your purchase confirmation and applicable law also determine the rights and obligations for the service you use.

This policy covers accounts, billing, hosted products, storage, inference, long-term memory and training. Read it with your product’s data terms, the Data Use Notice and the Service Provider Directory.

This policy distinguishes top-ups, membership, usage, add-ons, machine rental and platform task settlement. Ordinary self-service refund limits do not exclude remedies for non-delivery, billing errors or statutory rights.

Separate explanations for request processing, saved chats and files, workspace experience, model training and publication. Disabling one does not disable every kind of processing.

For generating, copying, downloading and publishing text, images, audio, video and virtual scenes.

These services are used when the relevant feature is enabled, not for every user or call. Identify the particular entity, location and controller or processor role from the actual service and contract.

For main-site chat, web tools, attachments and image/audio/video generation or understanding.

For browser workspaces, the Windows desktop workbench, Helpwo Kernel and connected remote environments.

For the terminal agent, CLI Windows, remote connections and extensions. Hosted model charges and local software licences apply separately.

For private streaming questions, public bounties, Solver services and contracted work. Review the applicable rules before posting, answering, selecting an applicant or settling.

Separate rules cover own-machine model relay and time-based GPU rental, with different charges and data responsibilities.

For storage, traffic, credits, organisation capacity, reset cards and similar add-ons; distinct from the CLI extension market.

For search APIs, page extraction, the Playground and MCP endpoints.

For AI-driven 3D worlds, characters, conversations, memories, voice and scene creation.

For hosted organisations, seats, assets and policies, and enterprise distributions or self-hosted gateways actually supplied under an order.

For existing Kline-de-pre, Value-de-pre and retired PPOS services, orders and data requests.
