A few things worth knowing.
01When do monthly and 5-hour allowances reset?
Your monthly allowance resets on the day you subscribed, in UTC, rather than on the 1st. Unused credits do not roll over.
Changing plans or buying again does not reset usage. Upgrading raises the limit with this cycle’s usage still counted; downgrades take effect at renewal.
The 5-hour limit is 3,300 credits on Pro and 8,800 on Gen. A window starts with your first call; the full window allowance returns five hours later.
02What happens when my text allowance runs out?

Purchased credit packs are used after your monthly allowance, followed by metered balance billing. Turn off balance overage in the console to prevent balance charges.
A credit pack takes over without a wait when you reach the 5-hour limit. Image and video generation do not use credit packs or the free trial.

04How is storage allocated, and what happens at the limit?
Every membership includes 5 MB per product, regardless of plan; free accounts have no base storage. Each product has its own allowance, with more available at $1 per 100 MB per month.
Reaching the limit stops uploads. Existing files are kept, and no extra charge is made.
05How is Helpwo remote relay traffic billed?
Membership includes 1 GB per month, or 500 MB on Go. Additional relay traffic is $1 per 10 GB per month.
When the allowance runs out, relay service stops without additional charges.
