01

Scope and common rules

This annex applies to the relevant Laintas Market functions together with the Platform Terms, Privacy Policy, Data Use Notice and Billing and Refund Policy. It supplements or overrides general terms only on its stated product matters. Mandatory law and valid individually negotiated agreements take priority. The version expressly provided and validly accepted at purchase or use applies; a web update does not automatically change existing orders.

02

Items, stacking and ownership

Check units, quantity, supported product, membership requirements and organisation scope. Independent packs generally use balance and each has its own 30-day period. Membership-attached add-ons may follow the membership cycle instead. Stacking does not make allowance transferable, cash-redeemable or usable across products. Organisation capacity must identify its target. Reset cards are one-time items with distinct purchase, holding and redemption; the confirmation identifies their reset scope.

03

Renewal, prices and insufficient funds

Independent packs default to no balance renewal. If enabled, their own cycle charges balance; disable under My Packs without reversing the paid current period. Current independent packs renew at their recorded purchase price. New prices or rules apply to new purchases or after legally appropriate notice and confirmation. Insufficient funds may suspend access; retries and restoration follow the displayed status and rules. Disabling renewal does not reverse valid charges already incurred.

04

Expiry and retained data

Expiry reduces capacity or ends additional access and may restrict uploads, creation and later use. Current expiry handling does not delete existing data solely because a pack ends, but does not promise permanent free storage. Closure, user deletion, legal action and separately notified storage termination still apply. Export important content. Credit rollover, consumption order and resets follow the item’s disclosed rules; periodic allowance expires where rollover was not promised.

05

Delivery, billing errors and refunds

Normally delivered add-on access that has started generally has no discretionary personal-reason refund. Non-delivery, duplicate charges, wrong items and legally required refunds follow the billing policy. Verify delivery in packs and orders rather than repurchasing because a dialog closed. Renewal, cancellation and order notices should match actual state; provide the order ID for review.

06

Confirming items and avoiding duplicate purchases

Before ordering check item type, target account or organisation, quantity, capacity or units, stacking, start/end and renewal. Adding capacity, resetting allowance, depositing balance and membership purchase are different. Buying a reset card is not redemption, and redemption does not extend membership absent an express promise. If paid access is missing, reconcile the order before repeated purchase. Wrong target, non-delivery, duplicate charges and redemption anomalies are reviewable; normal consumption differs from inability to use caused by system error.

07

Pack expiry, cancellation and account closure

Disabling renewal for one pack affects its future periods, not membership, other packs or external subscriptions. Read access, upload restrictions and export after expiry depend on storage and product state. No immediate deletion solely for pack expiry does not promise continuing unlimited capacity. Before organisation closure or departure confirm ownership and transfer necessary material; administrator power does not turn organisational purchases into personal property. Undeliverable paid access follows accounts, contract and law.
